Cost: $30/YW or $50/Family. Submit payment with tithing slip (not online) entering amount in "other" & write in "YW Camp".
Please complete this form and make payment by Sunday, May 21.
Please also print out and complete the Permission and Medical Release Form from the link on the "YW CAMP 2023" drop down menu and give it to your WARD YW PRESIDENT by Sunday, May 21.
